Sorry I missed the service for Dave, I have been at my mom's in South Carolina. So many great memories fishing and golfing with Dave. He loved Galway Lake almost as much as me. We had many around of golf at muny peppered with fishing stories. Wish we could have had one more ice fishing outing.

In the early days of the "green camp" and Lewy Lake camping, Dave was the one that lead us (Tom and I) to the best fishing spots. When he returned from the Navy, his handshake was like a vise crushing my fingers. On the golf course, the best I could do was to tie him, (of course he had just sprained his back and could barely swing his club, but he made no excuses). Quiet, confident and strong. I will miss our long talks, his deep chuckle and his powerful handshake. I loved him like a brother.

David, we will miss you. I know that you were greeted in heaven by your mom and dad, Babcie & Dziudiu Sikorski, Uncle John, Aunt Jo & Mary Lou, Uncle Bill, Uncle Cas and Aunt Albina. Go ahead and enjoy being pain free and go fishing with Auntie Bernie and Uncle Stan. Please tell them all that our family misses them and thank them for showing us the lessons of life, family values, meaning of cousin love and, teaching us all of those wonderful Polish traditions . You will never be forgotten and will be our hearts forever.!
