Alan and Family:
I was so privileged to get to know Mark during the ‘65-‘66 hoop season. As a 14 year old ninth grader, I was in awe of his incredible ability and learned much from him in our daily scrimmages. More importantly, he was always so nice to me on and off the court. I remember your incredible Mom kindly giving me a ride home after practice on some of those freezing nights.
You and Mark never complained about the added time which delayed your dinner!
