To everyone that knew my brother Jeff AKA Popeye I send my love and sadness at this time. Jeff you let a great life you did what you wanted in life operating big rig trucks to the day you retired you drove from any companies and seen many parts of the United States you enjoyed yourself with your fishing and your time of riding motorcycles I am sorry that you are gone it hurts my heart very dearly but I know that you are now in a better place with no pain no more suffering and that you have crossed to the other side to start your very new Journeys and New paths amongst all your past friends and family members including mom and Jimmy and that you are happy much love honor and respect your little brother Timmy/Guardrail
