Years ago, Susan and I boarded our horses at the same barn. One day she was riding Mike and he spooked. She rode him so beautifully through his bucking, crow hopping and rearing. It was a thing of beauty. Recently, we reconnected, and were trying to plplan a vist. I am heartbroken we did not have that chance. She missed having horses so much. I know she is reunited with her beloved horses. She will be missed.
