Obituary of Michael Parker

REXFORD – Michael Parker, 69, of Rexford, entered into rest in the comfort of his own home under Hospice Care on May 30, 2023, with his loved ones by his side. The son of the late John and Anna Parker, Michael was born on September 19, 1953, in Manhattan, NYC. Mr. Parker was employed by the State of New York as a Civil Engineer in the Department of Transportation division of the state. Survivors include his wife Barbara, three sons: Michael, Jacob, and Matthew and two grandsons: Jared and Owen. Michael was brother and brother-in-law to: Richard (Karol), Christine (Bill), Patricia (Tony) and Joann (Joe). The Parker Family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to The Community Hospice for their compassion and care to Michael during his final days. In accordance with his wishes, Michael will be cremated. Arrangements have been entrusted to: Simple Choices, Inc. The Parker Family will honor Michael’s memory in a private way.
