Obituary of Francis H. Fisher

Francis H. Fisher, 69, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at St. Peter's Hospital after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Frank was born in Albany to the late Arthur William Fisher, Sr., and Anna Mae Glasser Fisher and was a resident of the Albany area for most of his life. Frank was employed as a chef with the Deli Mill on Maiden Lane in Albany for many years before his retirement. Frank was a man with a generous heart and warm smile. He was a bright and intelligent man who was a "big kid" at heart and just loved life and enjoyed every minute of it. He was the loving partner, for many years, to Scott. He is survived by his sister Kathy (Terry) Horton of Wynantskill and three nieces and two nephews. Frank was predeceased by his son, Sean Fisher. Funeral services will be private.
