Obituary of Kathleen Burke

LATHAM - Kathleen Burke, 76, of Latham, New York, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2023, with family members by her side. She was a loving wife and mother, doting grandmother/great-grandmother, and devoted friend. She is remembered for her generosity, commitment to family, lasting friendships, and love of her pets. Kathleen is survived by her husband Marchel, children Luecinda (Walter), Kevin (Laura), and Medea (Ted), siblings Richard (Louann) and Cheryl (late Bruce), sister-in-law Chere, many grandchildren and great–grandchildren, and lifelong friends Maria and Loretta. Cremation has taken place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc. Services were privately held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society in her memory.
