Obituary of Lisa Patrice Frank-Coburn
MELROSE –
Lisa Patrice Frank-Coburn, 67 of Melrose, NY, formerly of David, KY, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her own home on October 3, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones.
The daughter of the late Norton and Kathleen (Handreck) Frank, Lisa was born in Syracuse, NY on March 17, 1956.
Lisa obtained an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Science. Her employment history has included: Maney, McConville, Liccardi & Powis as a Paralegal and she was formerly a headliner dancer.
Lisa’s favorite things in life were being Eddie’s (aka Southern Eddie) wife and performing as a dancer on stage.
Survivors include her loving husband of 33 years, Edward W. Coburn, whom she married on December 14, 1990 in Floyd County, Kentucky. Her children: Philip Charles Sheward, Alyssa Fawn Hunter and Matthew Paul Coburn. She was blessed with 12 wonderful grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Lisa was predeceased in death by her granddaughter, Mackenzie Mae Coburn, and her sister Vicki Chateau.
Cremation has taken place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc.
There will be no calling hours or services in accordance with Lisa’s wishes.
Lisa’s family wishes to thank Hospice, especially Jamie and their entire team for their compassion and assistance in caring for Lisa at the end of her life.
