Dear, sweet, Curt,
Thank you (and Kevin!) for your adorable smile and warm hug always melted my jittery nerves at gatherings. You always made me laugh and relax.
You truly were a light. Your memory still is.
Peace and Joy

Dear Curtis,
You will always be my brother. We had good times and bad. I'm thankful to know you're with our parents and brothers. I'm sorry, I didn't get to say goodbye and say how much I love you. I will miss you, but in my heart I'll never forget. I'll see you again, my brother.

Memorable moments spent with cousin Kevin and Curtis always seemed to resolve around a family wedding. One in particular I recall, Curtis and I were at our reception table chatting and a favorite song of Curtis’s came on and he stood up and said “where is Kevin? I want to dance”. At that same time my 20+ son was coming back to the table and asked “what’s going on ?” - Curtis reply’s “where’s Kevin? I want to dance?” My son said “forget Kevin, let’s go!” And we three men went to the floor - circled up and had a blast!
Since then, I have initiated that same enthusiasm of Curtis and my son, of grabbing friends and just hitting the dance floor!
Life is too short not to just Get Up and Dance
I often think of Curtis but especially when I’m out on the dance floor - circled up - with family and friends
Thank you Curtis for the endless spirit of fun
Love, Cousin John Sullivan Grand Blanc, MI

We have such fond memories of Kevin and Curtis spending Thanksgivings and birthdays with us at Mom's. Curt, always the consummate baker, would come and bake with Mom for the holidays. His laughter was infectious and his love of animals apparent always. You will be missed my friend.
We are always here for you Kevin. We love you both!

When I think of Curtis, I think of him cooking and baking. He enjoyed these 2 things very much. Always making tons of appetizers on holidays and cooking large meals. I would stop over and there would be so many baked goods on the table. I would go home with 2 or 3 different baked items.
Curtis, you will be missed and don’t worry, I have Kevin’s back.

Forgot to mention Curt’s love of our tent camping trips. He would be up before the sun after a night of snoring in the woods “ to beat the bears,” making coffee and prepping sausage, eggs, and his favorite, cheesy grits. He and, all nice to wake up to! Casual day of playing Rummy by the campfire in daylight or still by the campfire at night with marshmallows on a foraged stick followed by Sparklers to awe his maintained innocence. ⛺️. Will forever miss that, Hon!

When I saw the pic of Curtis we laughed out loud. He did that to you. He was always ready with a laugh, a smile and his wonderful humor but most of all his friendship. It sometimes was not easy because the world is a tough place but he did it. We will miss our family get togethers and our just because moments. We love you and miss you so much. Love you Kevin. Huge hugs.
