Obituary of Richard Kenneth Sniffen, Sr.
STRATFORD, NY –
On October 16, 2023, Richard “Ric” Sniffen, Sr., peacefully and naturally joined his wife, Robin, in the afterlife, while sleeping in his Stratford, NY home.
Ric was a native of New York and loved the mixed martial arts very early on in his life of 61 years. Ric’s love for MMA and traditional martial arts led him to meet many people along his journey. Although Ric lived in many different places throughout his years, New York State was always his home and shall be through eternity.
Ric will be remembered by his mother, Kathi Sniffen; his brother William and wife Sherri, his sisters: Jackie and husband Rick, Jillian “Punk” and husband Julian; his children: Richard and wife Jenni, Nicole and husband George, Sabrina and husband Billy, Ricky and wife Jessica as well as 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Ric is preceded in death by his wife, Robin Curie-Sniffen; his son, Michael Sniffen and his father, William Sniffen Sr.
