Obituary of Robert M. Jubic

POESTENKILL –
 
At age 55, Robert M. Jubic, of Poestenkill, was called home by God, peacefully at Albany Medical Center with his family by his bedside on August 8, 2024.
 
He was born on June 21, 1969 in Troy, NY. The son of Robert J. Jubic (MaryEllen McCarthy) and was raised in Brunswick, NY. Robert received his education from Troy High School.
 
Mr. Jubic was a loyal employee to S.M. Gallivan, Watervliet, NY.
 
Robert will be remembered as a hardworking man who would do whatever he could to help someone out. He was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan, cheering them on whenever they played. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and ripping up the trails with his snowmobile. Spending time with family was very important to Robert, especially with his son Bobby whom he called his best friend.
 
In addition to his father, survivors include his beloved wife, Cherie, whom he married on August 31, 2016 in St. Petersburg, Florida. His son, Bobby, one sister-in-law Gina (Jason) Campbell, two brothers-in-law: PJ (Vicky) Nadeau and Joey Nadeau. Robert is also survived by his father and mother in law: Paul and Mary Nadeau, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
 
Robert now joins in the Kingdom of Heaven, his predeceased relatives, including: his maternal grandparents Ben and Betty Busone, his paternal grandparents George and Ann Jubic, his uncle Bill Jubic, his cousin Matt Jubic, and one sister-in-law Jennifer L. Nadeau.
 
The Jubic Family wishes to acknowledge with heartfelt gratitude the AMC staff in the ER, ICU and C3 Unit. A very special “thank you” to Pastor Trygve (Trig) C. Tomlinson and Bob Fish.
 
Cremation Rites have been accorded to Simple Choices, Inc.
 
There will be no viewing or calling hours.
 
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Robert’s memorial service on Friday, August 16, 2024 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon at the West Stephentown Baptist Church, 1672 NY-43, Stephentown, NY 12169, with the Rev. Trygve (Trig) C. Tomlinson, officiating. Interment will take place in the Elmwood Hill Cemetery, Troy.
