Please accept our deepest sympathy. We were shocked to read of Howard's passing in the newspaper.
We knew Howard when my wife and I attended New Hope Gospel Fellowship on Union Street in Schenectady in the 1990's. Howard was a kind, considerate and hardworking man. He was always willing to help. He cared about everyone. He will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
