I am so sorry to hear about Sharon. She was such a nice and very funny lady. I was honored to be her friend and even more honored when she called me a funny lady. Sharon touched so many lives just being Sharon. We were in a few comedy shows together and I'm looking for pictures we took together to share and remember her lively spirit. I'm praying for you all.

So sorry to hear of Sharon's passing. She was a sweet soul. Got to see her comedic skills several years ago. She was always funny. It was a pleasure to work with in the office as well. She had a real down to earth spirit that made her a hoot to be around.

My deepest condolences to Artie, Adam and all of Sharon’s family and friends. She was one of a kind! Her self-deprecating humor couldn’t hide her warmth and wit. I knew her through stand up and was always thrilled to hear she was going to be on a show with me.
I’ve attached photos from her comedy and one of the audience laughing hysterically while she was on stage.
May she rest in peace and may her memory be a blessing .

I worked with Sharon in at least one comedy show and saw her perform several times. She cracked me up every single time. Just as special was to hear her laughter when I or another comic was performing or to receive her positive comments after a set. She was gifted at getting and giving laughs and I always enjoyed seeing her at a show. I will miss her. My deepest sympathy.

Sharon was a tremendous person with an equally tremendous love for people. From the very first time I met Sharon I knew she was special. The way she could tell a story, was unmatched! My fondest memory of Sharon is that any time you were around her you would have tears of laughter falling down your face. Today the tears are a little different, it shows how much she was loved and will be missed.

I had only worked with Sharon on a couple of occasions but, she had a calming presence on the other performers and her laid back style was so funny and inviting. Even on the few occasions we were on a show together I watched as people on the way out took the time to stop and say how funny she was and what a good time they had. I felt like she made friends with everyone that came to a show. She will be missed. RIP

Sharon will always be one of the funniest and kindest people to ever come into my life. I loved listening to her talk about some of the tragedies in her life and turn them into some of the funniest and most brutally honest comedy bits that still make me smile. I wish Art and her family all of the best in their time of grief and hope they know my mom up there now and I promise you, she is welcoming Sharon with open arms and the two are sharing a laugh. -Jaye

I have many fond, funny memories of Sharon whether we were doing shows together or enjoying DELICIOUS chicken Marsala pizza at Shawn’s parties, she always had us all cracking up. My fondest memory of Sharon is how she became fast friends with my mom Cindy and how they’d talk for hours about their health ailments and depression. My mom adored her and I can only hope that they have been reunited and are properly roasting all of us from up there. My sincerest condolences to Art, Adam, Paula and everyone that loved her.

To Art and Adam,
My heartfelt condolences to you. She was so loved by so many.
What a privilege for you Art to be her husband and to Adam her son.
Sharon had a presence. Her humor, her kindness, and most importantly, her unique character.
Whenever I knew I was going to see her at a comedy show or at a party, it always gave me extra joy.
Outside off being hysterical, she was a good person.
Her outlook on life always made you think twice about sweating things.
She will never be forgotten.
To Art and Adam, thank you for sharing her with us.
She was loved and she will be forever missed.

There was not a day that if I saw Sharon or got a message from her that I didn't laugh. Up on stage she would say "I dont really tell jokes, I talk about my life." The stories from her job, family, and National Grid especially would crack me up. I was lucky to meet her, do comedy with her, and call her a friend. I am thinking of Artie, Adam, Paula, and the rest of her family and friends.

My heart is broken. The kindest soul I've ever been blessed to know and love. She was so funny too! She loved to make people laugh using her life experiences and observations. She made everyone she met feel special yet She was the special one. She never knew HOW much she was loved or what a difference she made in this world. I am sure she is blown away by all the love we all have for her. I am sure the greeting she got upon arriving in heaven was spectacular with all the family, all the souls she touched and all God's small creatures waiting joyously for her while we mourn here on earth. We were so blessed to know and love her. May you now be healthy and happy with all the love surrounding you. Prayers for her loving husband Artie, son Adam and best friend Paula whom I know she will be watching over. Until we meet again, my dear friend.

I'm still having a very hard time processing this. Sharon had a gift that many of us wish we had. Through her darkest hours she still managed to make everyone around her laugh. I always loved being around her both on and off stage. I also loved watching people crying in the audience when she was on stage and then seeing everyone come up to her after telling her how much they loved her. Hearing Artie laugh at her when he was the punchline of her jokes was the best. She was taken from this world way too soon. The good ones always are. Rest Peacefully my friend. I can't wait to see you on stage again in the next world. You deserve the health, peace and happiness you sometimes struggled to find here.

Before I write a special memory I had with Sharon, which I must confess there are so many, I would like to send my deepest and sincerest condolences to you Artie and Adam.
I first met Sharon years ago when she was hired at the office I was working in, which later derived the stories that would become one of her funniest parts of her stand up routine! They say you meet people in your lifetime not as a coincidence, but someone that was truly meant to be a part of your life, whether it be for a brief encounter or a longtime friendship, but either way, that person would make a permanent mark on your heart and sole, Sharon was that for me.
Beneath sometimes a rough facade was a soft, nurturing, loving and caring heart, always asking how others are and taking the time to really listen. She loved all animals, but had a special love for her cats and the wild squirrels. When I would see a funny joke on Facebook about a squirrel, I would always make sure to tag Sharon to give her a laugh.
Throughout the many years I would occasionally get our friends together from that office we originally met at, I must say, the best thing I got from working was my friendships with such special people. We didn’t see each other enough as life always seemed to get in our way, but when we did, the laughs were much, the love was there, and the memories were made.
Always, Irene
