So very sorry to hear about Monica's passing. We were in a lot of the same classes and played in the band together, I on the flute and Monica the oboe. I was always so impressed how easy she made playing that instrument seem when in reality it was quite difficult. But then Monica was always up for a challenge. She was always one of the smartest in the class. I am sorry that I didn't find out until today when Lynette brought it to my attention. Having recently lost my husband I can empathize with the family's pain. Hopefully after the years have passed it will get easier.
