He is survived by his two children Charlie Collins of Statesboro, GA and Leah Wojewoda of Atlanta, GA, four grandchildren and his brother, John Collins of Albany, NY.
Richard was owner of Bonded Service Systems, in Albany a business he operated successfully for many years.
