Obituary of Daniel E. Scully
Daniel E. Scully, 75, died at Ellis Hospital, Schenectady, NY on October 17, 2017 after a long battle with COPD. Born April 4, 1942 in Cambridge, MA to Daniel J. and Leona Scully.
A graduate of Boston College of Art, he went on to get a Masters of Fine Arts degree at SUNY Albany. Dan was a gallery director for SUNY New Paltz and later SUNY Plattsburg and taught classes in museum studies and photography.
Dan was predeceased by his brother, Robert Scully and his parents. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Tia Scully, sisters in law and brothers in law and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
