Frank - We will miss your presence in the Washington Park neighborhood. For many years, you made so many special events possible - Halloween, the holiday tree, the picnics and more. The Tesla Coil was an amazing addition to the Halloween festivities. You could figure out to repair any broken appliance - a skill few people have. You were always zipping around the neighborhood doing whatever chores we all needed. You are missed. Lynn
