I was so sorry to hear of Lee's passing. I am going to miss him and the good times we had working together and hacking up the golf course. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

I didn't have the honor of knowing Lee, but there's no doubt he had a glow. A smile to light up a room. My heart aches for your loss. May you find comfort in his peace and in the arms of each other whom he clearly loved so much.

We met in the 90’s. “B.C.” Before children. Back then he lacked a dental plan. He said I “made “ him get dentures, but he took to them happily. He was awesome. We shot pool, bowled with old guys. Lee got me into golf . I have great memories of hanging out with Lee and the brothers. I don’t have a brother but I had Lee. We hung out after work for 25 years. He worked so hard we called him LeeDog. First day on the job at RBC I told him to move a pile of plaster. After 10 minutes he came back. Figured he was gonna quit. He just wanted a bigger shovel. He says I made him get married, but I’m pretty sure it was his idea. He says I made him buy the house he rented from me, but he loved the river. From shoveling debris to being engineer on the tugs. We enjoyed pillaging new town’s together. He was pretty well known on the Erie and Champlain Canals and Canada. He was politely asked to leave Canada. Long story.
Lynn, I’m returning Lee’s poker change. It’s been at my house a few years. I’ll miss him at the poker table .

My condolences to Lynn and his family. We all lose our loved ones and at first think they no longer are suffering but our suffering doesn’t begin until we are alone and realize how much we miss every crazy thing that person brought to our life. The pain will become bearable but the void we feel in our heart never heals. Sending love to anyone and everyone who Lee left a footprint on their heart. You will feel his absence but he will want you all to remember him with love and not sadness, not how cancer left him in the end. Prayers, Love Bel
