Obituary of Maureen Frances Burke

NASSAU - Maureen Frances Burke, 79, of Nassau, died January 15, 2022 at Albany Medical Center with her family by her side after a courageous battle with Multiple Myeloma. She was born on April 21,1942 and raised in Hoosick Falls, NY, the daughter of Frank and Alice Unavitch (both deceased). She worked for CICU in Albany for over 25 years and was very proud that she obtained her bachelor’s degree from Maria College after she raised her daughter. Maureen’s grandchildren, Morgan and Jack were the light of her life. She attended all their activities when she was able and would often be found boasting about them to her friends. She enjoyed belonging to the Castleton Seniors and taking trips with her longtime friend Gail Tobio. Survivors include her daughter Rachel Keith (Dennis), grandchildren Morgan (Columbus OH), Jack Keith (Voorheesville), and her sister Mary Coulter (Bennington VT).
