My Big Brother this is the hardest day in my whole life as I find the words to write this. I wish we had more time if I knew it was gonna be this soon. You faught a tough battle through out your life and when times were the hardest you came back on top to show the world that with hard work and great support nothing is unachievable. I am very proud of your accomplishments throughout the years and to have you as my big brother. You're gonna forever be imprinted in my mind until the day comes where we meet again. I will never forget the good times we shared over the years. Please look after us as we continue on without you brother as it may be hard for awhile but I know you're happy and free from pain. I will always look for your signs of your presence my now guardian angel. We all love you very much and always will. Love you Travis thank you for all that you have done for me, dad and Kyle and the rest of our loving and caring family. May you Rest In everlasting Peace..love your little brother Joey.

My sweet boy Travis....My heart is broken and will never be the same but through my tears I still have fond memories that make me smile. Like the time when you arrived in the world I remember when the doctor staggered out of the delivery room drenched with perspiration shaking his head I was alarmed . He sat beside me and his own words said " Joe, Travis is the biggest damn baby I ever delivered and that goes 20 years." He shook my hand and congratulated me . From that day on I was so happy and proud. I took you home, all 11 pounds 9 ounces and held you and I teared up. Through your life you always made sure to share a funny moments in your life and sometimes the hard things you were dealing with and I will never hear your voice again but I have those memories to fall back on. I will try to get through this pain I'm carrying and I know you would want that for me. I love you Travis...fly high my sweet son.

A lot of my teenage years were spent with Travis. We spent a ton of time laughing. Lots of time getting in trouble together too <3. We even got arrested with each other JUST for being out past 1030! But we didn’t care bc we were together. My mom and Joe worked together so they weren’t impressed with our “violation of curfew” arrest. Travis was always thoughtful and kind. Even very recently reaching out to my sister who is struggling with her own demons, to try and help her. For a short time, he lived with his dad near me and we loved being near each other. I am very sorry to his family for having to go through this. He was a kind soul. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this time…. With sympathy, Amanda (Ruddy) Rokjer

I am truly sorry for your loss Joe and family. Praying for you all! I remember hanging with Travis and riding mopeds and listening to music for hours and just being goofy. Rest in peace Travis!

You will NEVER be forgotten Travis Myers. You would give your last dollar to someone if they needed it. You were so caring. I wish you knew how much you were loved. So true Michelle! Travis, I hope you can feel all the love from us down on earth. You always greeted me with a smile and seeing these pictures of you growing up, with your beautiful blue eyes- makes me miss you more even though I haven't seen you in a while. I hope you are snuggling with Sammy and laughing it up with Mindy. Most of all, I hope you can feel the love people have for you.
