Richard Royer, is at Peace on January 8, 2024.  He was born in Waterbury, Connecticut on October 17, 1947.

He was the proud owner and Hair Designer of The Cast & Co on Upper Union Street in Niskayuna.

Richard's family has chosen to remember and grieve his passing privately. There will be no calling hours or memorial service.
